Did You Mean To Say That? Punctuation’s New Messages

Punctuation is being used differently in the digital space, and as a consequence, it’s being interpreted differently too. Language evolves, it’s not static. There’s no getting around it, only adapting to it. When you sit down to write copy, or a blog post, or a letter to a prospect, you won’t just need to choose the right words, you’ll need to choose the right punctuation as well–and by “right” I don’t just mean “correct!”
